Waikay is an AI brand monitoring Saas tool that will:
- Organize what AI knows about you so that you can work out how to get more mentions in LLM answers
- Help you fact check what AIs know about your brand so that you can see and correct the narrative
- Find out where your competitors get mentioned by AI instead of you so you can aim to replace them and gain market share
- Track and score the AI narrative AIs have about you over time so that you can measure your brand’s progress in LLMs
Here's the process to build a Waikay project for your brand / website:
- Click on 'Create a new project' on the main dashboard
- Enter your 'Brand Name', 'Brand URL' and choose a target market
- Select 2 of your competitors from provided list or manually add your competitors
- Click on 'Build Project'

Once you start creating your Waikay's project you can benchmark against up to 2 competitors.

Upon creating a Waikay project for a given site, the initial report is always named 'Brand Overview' report. This reflects how LLMs have a global knowledge about your brand compared to your competitors.
A topic report reflects LLMs knowledge about your brand / website (as well as your competitors) in the context of a given topic. You should pay attention to a topic for which your competitors are known by LLMs but not you.
- TD = Training Data of an LLM model, this is the collection of data an LLM model already has for a brand
- GR = Grounded Report, this is when an LLM model retrieves information from various online sources (websites, forums, research documents...)
